Step Up Regulator - 3.7V to 5V

Voltage Step Up Regulator to ensure 5V to any voltage sensitive equipment supply on your 1S builds.  Regulates a 5V output as long as input voltage is 1.8V or higher.  This does not regulate down so applying more than 5V on the input will result in higher voltage at the output.
