Most products come with some form of guarantee against DOA and defects in manufacturing. All electronics should be tested within 5 days of receipt before they are installed or soldered. If you have received a defective product, please contact us at support.rotorgeeks.com and provide as much info as possible, including photos or video links.
If the product you received is defective, you can return the product for testing and exchange upon confirmation of fault. We will attempt to troubleshoot remotely but reserve the right to request the product to be returned for evaluation. With certain products, return is always required for us to follow up with the manufacturer. Shipping expenses for returns and replacements are generally not covered. There is no coverage for any incidental damage that may have occurred when the product failed.
Returns are permitted within 10 days if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Once opened the product is considered used and not returnable. Batteries are not returnable as they don't come in sealed packaging and we're unable to determine if they have been used. In the exceptional case where an open return is allowed, a restocking fee will apply. Shipping expenses and any payment fees retained by the transaction processor are non-refundable.
