Easy to communicate with and provides excellent customer service. One of my parts had a factory defect and they had a replacement on the way the next day. They've earned my long term business.
Great service is the main thing. They even sent me a tiny e clip for free, to JAPAN! I think the postage was more than the clip.
Amazing customer service even help out on closed day when in the shop amazing, they just want you flying.
