I'd say they treat you like at home, but there are no awesome products at home!
Great service is the main thing. They even sent me a tiny e clip for free, to JAPAN! I think the postage was more than the clip.
I can't say, enough good things, about Rotorgeeks. I can only add, that in my over 60 odd years of shopping and buying ( around 50 yrs in RC.)
