The newest version of the Talon F7 rolls back to the reliable MPU6000 IMU. With an F7 processor, 8S capability and blackbox, Talon is the only 20X20 on the market with a STM32F722RET6 216MHz processor. Built in Betaflight OSD, 6 UARTS, and dedicated LDOs for cleaner gyro and OSD signals makes the Talon F7 one of the most powerful 20X20 FC on the market. One of the features Talon F4 customers praised is the choice of using the 8 pin harness or direct soldering motor ports to the ESC. They have kept that option, while still adding even more features, by letting customers remove the plastic connector to reveal motor ports.
Motor 4 does not work if you flash the current CLRACINGF7 target. In the future there will be a separate target but until then copy-paste the following into the CLI. You should be using Betaflight Configurator 10.5 or higher for Betaflight 4

To enable power to the VTX/CAM power pads, setup a mode switch for vtx_pit. If you don't want to use the pit mode feature, enable it for the full range on any aux channel.
If you want to use Betaflight 3.5.7 you can download this hex file that will fix the motor 4 issue. You should be using Betaflight configurator 10.4 for this firmware (scrolll down on the link). If you are using the onboard VTX and CAM power pads you'll need to enter the following CLI commands and configure Pit Mode as mentioned above.
