A cure for the yaw jitters! With advanced gyros, short looptimes and responsive power setups, we've seen a host of vibration related issues usually appearing as twitching / ticking on the yaw axis at certain rpms. These dampeners are made from silicon and are much softer and more effecvtive than most of the isolators on the market. We've tamed many a wild beast with this simple setup. Using a 10mm nylon spacer a nut leaves 4.5mm of thread to mount another layer on top (see the Thingie plate if you're looking to stack).
Male threaded portion is 8mm long
Female thread depth is 4mm
Silicon bobbin measures 8x8mm
Caution - do not overtighten or use locknuts. The metal components are separate, joined only by the silicon material. Overtightening can rip the threaded components from the silicon.
Contains 4 silicon dampers and 4 M3x5 nylon spacers (picture show M3x8 spacer - we recently purchased some shorter ones)
Each damper weighs 1.2g + 0.2g for the nylon spacer
