The RG Wide uses the latest generation CMOS sensor with a wide screen 16:9 format. That means normal aspect ratio for anyone using a wide screen monitor or Dominator V3 and Skyzone goggles. No more stretched images! You get a true wider field of view that matches your display image. The 1200TVL sensor offers excellent detail with low latency. Comes with the standard 2.8mm lens, which remains the optimal FPV lens in wide screen format. Image properties are fully adjustable through the internal OSD menu system that comes on most of our cameras.
The same size as our PZ mini, it comes in a 26x26mm lightweight plastic case giving you some protection and the ability to mount the camera and change your tilt angle. This camera easily fits in most machines. The bracket has predrilled holes to enable mounting and tilting within frames but we find the metal to be soft and prefer to make a mount out of a firm foam and glue the camera in place.
The camera has a wide operating voltage range of 5 - 22V enabling operation directly from any of the FXT transmitters or straight off a 3 or 4S battery.
We've noticed that when used with the Betaflight F3 board there can be OSD flickering when the camera is set to PAL. Changing to NTSC eliminates the issue. We can set your camera to NTSC if you request it in the comments when checking out (you can always change it).
The menu system on this camera is a bit different than others. If you want to do a full factory reset, go to 'system' and select 'reload FTY'
