Taxes

Canadian customers pay HST in the following provinces: ON, NB, NF, PEI, NS.  All remaining provinces pay 5% GST only.
There is no tax on orders shipped to the USA or rest of world.

Shipping Turnaround

Canadian orders received before 3pm EST will normally ship same day.  Orders received after 3pm are possible but not guaranteed to ship same day.
US orders will normally ship in 1-2 business days.

Shipping to Canada

Canada Post - levels of service, delivery dates and cost are shown.
Courier Service - best available will be selected from Purolator, Fedex and occasionally UPS.  Courier service is not available to PO Boxes.

Shipping to USA

USPS - Tracking is always provided and packages are usually received 2-4 days after Rotorgeeks shipping date with an average just under 3 days delivered with USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail service depending on size and destination.  There no taxes or duties on goods imported for personal use under $2500.
